Adam Childs, M.D.
TriStar StoneCrest is pleased to welcome Adam Childs, M.D. to the Rutherford County community. Dr. Childs has joined TriStar Medical Group Family Physicians in Murfreesboro.
Dr. Childs received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He then completed a family medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Dr. Childs is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Prior to joining TriStar Medical Group Family Physicians, Dr. Childs practiced at Columbus Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. in Columbus, OH.
Dr. Childs is currently accepting new patients at his office located at 2933 Medical Center Parkway, Suite A in Murfreesboro.

Amit Singh, M.D.
TriStar StoneCrest is pleased to welcome Amit K. Singh, M.D. to the Rutherford County medical community. Dr. Singh has joined TriStar StoneCrest Internal Medicine, part of TriStar Medical Group.
Dr. Singh received his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He then completed an internal medicine residency at George Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Singh is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Prior to joining TriStar StoneCrest Internal Medicine, Dr. Singh practiced at Carolina Internal Medicine in Conway, SC.

Matthew Ninan, M.D.
TriStar StoneCrest is proud to announce the addition of Mathew Ninan, thoracic surgeon, to the Rutherford County medical community. Dr. Ninan completed his residency in general surgery at the University of London, U.K. followed by a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA and an advanced thoracic surgery fellowship at Leeds Teaching Hospitals at the University of Leeds, U.K. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is also board certified by the Royal College of Surgeons, Cardiothoracic Surgery and the European Board of Thoracic Surgery.
Dr. Ninan has over 10 years of surgical experience in both academic and semi-academic settings in Tennessee in the multidisciplinary management of lung and esophageal cancer. He has served as the local principal investigator for international trials in thoracic oncology and consults for improved accrual and surgical participation in clinical trials nationally. Dr. Ninan previously served as thoracic oncologist and director for the Lung Transplant Program at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and most recently Chief of Surgical Oncology at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. In 2011, he was the first in Middle TN to perform robot assisted thoracic surgery and is ranked among the top 1% in the nation in thoracic surgery by US News & World Report.

Michael Yu, M.D.
TriStar StoneCrest is proud to announce the addition of Michael Yu, M.D., specializing in neurology and sleep medicine. Dr. Yu is serving as medical director at the Center for Sleep Medicine at TriStar StoneCrest. He completed a sleep medicine fellowship at Vanderbilt University where he served as a clinical instructor in the Department of Neurology and Division of Sleep Disorders. He most recently served as a practitioner of general neurology and sleep medicine specialist with Skyline Neuroscience Associates in Nashville, TN.
He received his medical degree at West Virginia University and completed his internship and residency at the Department of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University. Dr. Yu is board certified in neurology by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Yu is currently seeing new patients at Tennessee Neurology located in the TriStar StoneCrest Medical Office Building in Suite 210, 300 StoneCrest Blvd, Smyrna.
