Student Orientation
Welcome!
We are happy that you will be coming to TriStar StoneCrest for your clinical rotation. To better prepare you, we have developed this clinical orientation module. Choose the appropriate module below. You are responsible for reading over the information and familiarizing yourself with TriStar StoneCrest’s policies and procedures. Once you have reviewed and understand this information, print and complete the post quiz and confidentiality form and bring these with you on your first day. Directions to TriStar StoneCrest and a hospital campus map are also available.
You will not be able to begin your clinical rotation without these completed forms.
Nursing Student Orientation
You must also complete a short hospital orientation and computer training course prior to your rotation. This will be scheduled by your instructor.
